Situated in the southwest side of Kefalonia Island and specifically in the tranquil surroundings of the Lassi coastline just 2km from Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia. Set just above a small sandy beach, has in total 227 rooms. The hotel offers spectacular view to the bay of Lixouri. The crystal clear waters make the beach ideal for swimming but also exploring the seabed.
A large swimming pool with section for children, a tennis court, a ping-pong table or nights with live Greek music are only some of the kinds of entertainment offered by the hotel.

Sustainability
Our Hotel with respect to the environment and the beauty of our island, our Hotel has adopted a new culture that extends throughout the hotel organization, and between the hotel and its guest, local community, and even its vendors. We comply with the relevant environmental legislation and seek new ways in order to conserve natural resources through the responsible use of energy, water and materials and also maintaining the quality of our services.
Some of the initiatives already adopted by Hotel Mediterranee to ensure that we meet the environmental criteria and we minimize the effect upon the environment are:
Recycling
Paper, cardboard, glass, plastic recycling and waste compacted to reduce number of collections. Used glass bottles are returned and cooking oil as well as batteries are recycled. Constant effort to minimize the documents printed on day-bases activities.
Energy
Keycard control system is installed in every room to control lighting and air-conditioning when rooms not in use. Gas is used instead of petrol in our kitchen appliances. Solar panels produce hot water. Use of low energy light bulbs.
Save Water
Use of automatic irrigation system and installation of new flush system in toilets and low-flow faucets and showers.
Also with respect to the local community and employees, we support the local products and local suppliers and we ensure that sustainability is a high priority for all team members.
